Whether your dream is to work on the ground as a passenger services agent at check-in or in the air as a member of the cabin crew, life as an aviation professional is exciting and varied. The opportunity to travel, meet people and use interpersonal skills every working day of your life is extremely rewarding.

As the Aviation industry emerges from the catastrophe of Covid, now is the perfect time to train yourself. Aviation may take some time to get back to its full strength, but Dublin’s position as a global hub continually attracts more and more of the world’s leading airlines. With that will always come their requirement to seek applications from good quality candidates and having the right training to support your application is extremely beneficial. Having the necessary knowledge to make you stand out from the crowd during group interview will increase your chances of success and demonstrates that you are passionate about securing a position in this exciting industry.

Irish students are sought after in the international aviation sector therefore we invite applicants from all corners of the country to secure a place on our next course. So, whether you are from Dublin, Belfast, Cork or Donegal, Limerick, Waterford, Sligo etc. we look forward to welcoming you. We are based at the Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport and they offer competitive rates to all AOA students, please email info.dublin@carlton.ie quoting AOA01 or call 01 8667500 to speak with reservations.

We are not just a classroom-based course as we have the added advantage of having a cabin mock-up Airbus A320 simulator in our training academy which allows students to increase their skills with practical training.

Airport and Airline recruitment is continuous, and our successful students have had their applications looked on favorably. The HR departments and recruitment agencies understand the value of our courses and while we can make no guarantee of placement or interview, they look very favorably on applications from our candidates. Former students are now employed in positions such as cabin crew/flight attendant, aircraft dispatch, ground operations, airport customer service and passenger service positions as well as airport security and baggage handling.

AOA ensure the industry is familiar with our courses by speaking with appointed recruitment companies, airlines, and handling agents to ensure they understand the principles of our training programs. Success for our students is our number one priority.
